Good to know

• For stays of less than 3 nights, we apply an extra of 40€
• We do not accept pets.
• Laundry: There is the possibility to wash for a small extra charge of 10€
• Arrivals: after 3 p.m.
• Departures: by 9.00 a.m.
• Depending on availability we offer you an early check-in or late check-out.
• Late arrivals or early departures will be billed with the full rate.

 

Deposit

Bookings are officially confirmed upon receipt of a guarantee deposit of 250 € that shall be withheld if you do not cancell your booking in time.

Tourist tax

The municipal tourist tax (local tax) has been applied in South Tyrol, amounting to a € 2,40 per person per day (children under 14 are exempted).

 

Payment

You can pay with cash or card on your Arrival or before by bank transfer.

 

Cancellation conditions

In accordance with art. 1385 Civil Code there is no Right of withdrawal within the meaning of the italian Consumer Protection Code.

Nevertheless, we grant you a Right of withdrawal under the following conditions:

• For cancellations made no later than 31 days before the arrival date, 40% of the deposit will be retained by the host. 
• Cancellations made less than 31 days before the arrival date the host will retain 100% of the deposit from the host. 
• If the guest does not appear ("no-show") or if the guest leaves earlier, the full amount of the stay is obliged.
